1. Overview

We strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for vignette purchases made through VignettePass.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Technical error resulted in incorrect vignette registration
  • Payment was processed but order was not fulfilled within 48 hours
  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Service error on our part that prevented proper order processing

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for customer errors such as incorrect license plate entry, wrong country selection, or change of travel plans after successful vignette registration.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at refunds@vignettepass.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order reference number and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the vignette has been partially used or if only a service fee is refundable.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in suspension of service and may incur additional fees.
