By accessing and using VignettePass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Our Service
VignettePass provides an intermediary service for purchasing highway vignettes for European countries. Please note:
- We facilitate the purchase process but do not issue official vignettes ourselves
- Vignettes are registered with the respective country authorities
- Processing time is typically within 24 hours
- You are responsible for ensuring your information is correct
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include:
- The base cost of the vignette
- Our service fee (6% markup)
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
4. Order Processing
When you place an order:
You will receive an email confirmation. Your vignette will be registered to your license plate within 24 hours. You are responsible for verifying that all information provided is accurate.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate our systems
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties or government authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
VignettePass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
